Clients must arrive at least 5 minutes before their scheduled class or lesson to check in and warm up.
All clients must wear appropriate dance attire and shoes (see FAQ).
No food or drinks (except water) are allowed on the dance floor.
All clients must register and pay for private lessons in advance.
Private lessons may be scheduled based on instructor availability.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule private lessons if necessary.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Wedding packages and corporate events must pay a 50% deposit prior to beginning any lessons. The remainder of the fee will be due at time of service for the lesson or event.
All clients must follow proper safety procedures during classes and lessons.
In case of an injury, clients must report it immediately to their instructor.
As independent ballroom dance teachers who offers services at multiple locations, it's important to understand that the studio(s) where we teach may not be held liable for any injuries or accidents that occur on their premises. Similarly, as independent teachers we may not be held liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during our dance lessons. By attending the lesson you are agreeing to these terms and policies
Clients must provide 24-hour notice to reschedule or cancel a private lesson or they will forfeit the lesson fee.
Clients must provide 72-hour notice to reschedule or cancel any corporate event/performance. If client chooses to cancel within 72 hours they will forfeit their deposit.
